Can we talk before the requirements are fully defined?
Yes. Explain the problem you want to improve, how you handle it today and what you hope to achieve. The free initial conversation helps us understand the situation and assess fit. Any deeper analysis or implementation will have a separately agreed scope and fee.
Do we need to replace our existing website or system?
We first assess what can continue to be used. We review your website, tools, data and constraints, then compare integration, expansion and new development. If a focused improvement can address the main problem, that can be the starting point.
Can we begin with a small validation project?
Yes. One product family, report type, synchronization workflow or AI conversation task can be a useful starting point. We agree on the inputs, expected results and validation criteria before defining the work.
Are the AI examples on this website production deployments?
The document Q&A, voice assistant and video production agent examples draw on prototype or proof-of-concept experience. They are distinguished from production operation. For an engagement, we first define the data and use cases, assess quality through actual tasks and human evaluation, then agree on integration, deployment and ongoing operations.
How are the timeline, fees and deliverables agreed?
After the initial conversation, we analyze the context and discuss options as needed, then define tasks, estimated effort, required resources and validation criteria. Implementation begins once both sides agree on scope and fees. Further expansion or maintenance is discussed separately.
